Boston born footwear brand Saucony, start July with a bang as they set to release yet another stunning concept on the super comfortable Grid 8000 silhouette. Dubbed the ‘Shrimp Scampi’ a.k.a ‘Lobster’ for its uncanny seafood appearance, this release is collab free and doesn’t have any boutique branding. And we don’t think it needs one either!

This Grid 8000 takes inspiration from a seafood dish popular on the East Coast of Boston. The Shrimp Scampi is constructed from a premium suede and nubuck in a two-tone light tan and lobster shell pink. Adding to this is the pink splatter on a white midsole with detailed hits of fluro green on the eye lids and Saucony branding. Saucony have spared no costs with this in-house, collab free release and finished it off in the best way they know, with a gum outsole. It’s a 10 out of 10 in our books!
